Purpose:

Our centre was established by Baptist Mid-Mission, non-profit, government subsidized, monitored by the Social Welfare Department. Our centre is emphasized the whole person education, providing quality service for the preschool children.

Objectives:

(1) To promote holistic development for children, to enhance their spiritual, moral, intellectual, physical, social, emotional, language development.
(2) To help the children knowing Jesus Christ through a loving environment, to practice Christian love, caring for others and the society.
(3) To nurture the children developing their interests in learning and think independently, so they might become enthusiastic, happy, caring and confident kids.

Curriculum:

(1) We adopt the Project Approach method, to help the children learning through play, to nurture the children learning actively, to help them develop the interests in learning.
(2) We design activities based on the capabilities of children and their daily experience, so the children could touch and feel by themselves, and learn new knowledge.
(3) The curriculum is able to match up with the curriculum of the primary school.

Teachers:

Our centre only selected and employed high quality trained professional Christian childcare workers, we also employed a native English teacher to build up the foundation of English proficiency for children.

Meals:

We provide nutritious and balanced meals for our children daily, including breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, fruit and drinks.

Classes:

We are whole day childcare centre and the children will be arranged into the classes according to ages, Foundation (2-3 years old), Toddlers (3-4 years old), Elementary (4-5 years old), Senior (5-6 years old). Our graduates could enroll into primary schooling system.

Activities:

(1) Design theme topics, through designed activities, small group learning, literacy development, physical development, music activities and outdoor activities, training our children the abilities to think, to create, to apprehend, to judge and to ask.

(2) To organize parental meeting and parent-child activities, so parents would know more about the learning process and lives of their children.

(3) Emphasis on the routine training, to develop children practicing good habits, and to learn skills looking after themselves.

Service Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm
Saturday 8:00am-1:00noon
Sunday and Public Holidays closed
(Other closing time will notify parents later)

Fees: HK$2,170 monthly

(From 1st September current year to 31st August of the following year)
*We will assist the needy families to apply school fee assistance from the Social
Welfare Department

Enrollment Procedures:

Application form could be requested in person or by fax, other details may refer to The Regulations of our centre.
After filling in the application form, please submit it to our centre together with the following documents:
Birth Certificate of the child
The photocopies of the Hong Kong Identity Cards of Parents
One photo of the child

Withdraw Service:

To withdraw from the service, please notify the centre in writings and submit the withdraw form one month in advance.

Others:

(1) Our centre is also provided Occasional Child Care Service, enquiry welcome.
(2) School bus service is also provided by a school bus company, please check with our centre.
